RMA in Pending return, post tracking shows drive received a month ago

I sent a failed drive back to WD for RMA, number 0065089498. My RMA status is Pending return, no received date. Post tracking shows drive delivered to WD a month ago on 13th January 2022. Tracking number RR630307811LV. What is happening, has WD lost my drive?..
