RMA being processed?

Hi,

I sent my external hard drive away for a replacement and the website has been updated with the above status   what does this mean? Am I getting a new one sent? It says according to its website meanings between 5-7 days anyone had a similar message when returning an item?

Being processed means just that - your RMA is being process and you should have your drive shipped in 5-7 days.

So, does that mean they have accepted my return and sent it out?

This is what the website is saying now:-

Your replacement product is currently being processed for shipment.

Yup.  That’s what it means.  They’re in the process of shipping it.
