RMA as an end user

Hi, I’m trying to obtain an RMA for my hard disk drive, but I get this message

“Your account has been set up as a WD Reseller. If you would like to create an RMA online as a reseller, please go to the Reseller Home Page”

I’m not a reseller, but an end user. How can obtain the warranty service for my product? Thank you in advance for your help.

You need to send WD an email and they will fix that for you.
