I made a first RMA 88250140 in order to return the hard drive incompatible with my computer. I got the procedure wrong: instead of asking for a refund I rather asked for another hard drive, however after asking service team I was told that I was wrong and that had to redo the request and I was created an RMA 88265244 for reimbursement. The hard drive was returned to me on 06/16, 9 weeks after my RMA request. Unfortunately the carrier did not find me at my home (I work) to decide to return the package to the sender in accordance with the contractual deadline of 5 working days on 19/06. Today is 07/07 I still have no news, nor the procedure to follow, or reimbursement after reporting to sav teams. Can you bring me a solution?
