I have no idea what part of this forum WD 6TB Red’s for NAS RMA I should be asking.
However, almost 20 days ago I sent a WD Red WD60EFRX-68L0BN1 RMA from Australia to WD’s RMA department in Vietnam.

On the the WD RMA status page it shows WD haven’t received the drive yet. I am just wondering if it usually takes this long to get to their Vietnam department, as I only have a 30 day periods to make this RMA claim.
