RM or RMVB, .MK4, MP4 video playing, is it available now?

…May I know when is the feature of playing .rm/.rmvb, .mk4, mp4 successfully ?

It gives me a very bad impression when what had advertised, the WD TV Live can plays all video file formats but after purchased, only to notice it is not.

Please rectify such issues as soon as possible, I don’t want to waste time writing such stupid comments again

None of those formats are advertised as being supported, except MP4.
