Rii keyboard, Help!

I just ordered the Rii keyboard from Amazon to use for my WD Live TV:

Some of the reviews say it works with the WD Live TV and I’ve seen reviews elsewhere saying the same thing.  However, I cannot get it to work with mine.  I believe I have the latest firmware.  Anyone else have experience with this remote and the WD Live TV?
