Can anyone please tell me the return address that I need to send my non functioning external hard drive back to Western Digital? Is it the same address that was listed on the box that contained the replacement drive?

Sometimes is not the same address…
First you need to create a return and then you will get an email with the return information. If you send the unit without the return most likely, the will return the same drive back to you.
