Retrieving Files from an Old Computer

I backed up files on an old laptop, that has since died.  How do I access those files now?  When I connect my My Passport, I can old seem to retreive files from the computer I have now.

Check on the retrieve tab and verify how many volumes for retrieval you have.

You can also go to the drive directly and try to see if there’s another backup folder containing the files.
