Retrieving files after transfer to new computer windows 10

I recently purchased a Windows 10 computer to replace my windows 7 computer. I transferred all files with PC Mover. I am unable to get access to the files on my WD Passport Ultra. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
