I have a passport ultra been using for a long time, backed up often. Hard drive died in laptop had a new one put in thought all files were backed up, cannot find program files ie quick book and Microsoft office. Quick book bought on line no cd, office upgrade product an cannot find old cd to verify product. How can you retrieve program files from passport
You were probably only backing up your personal files.
When your hard drive died, everything else (Quickbooks, Office, etc.) was lost. You will have to reinstall those programs.
