Hello!
New to the forum and I hope someone can help me out. I bought a drive from WD online store, exptecting to get a retail drive ( Mounting screws etc). Well the drive arrived today and it is in a brown cardboard box with just the drive inside it. I have not yet opened the drive’s packaging ( the foil ) however it is obvious that this is not a Retail drive. Has anyone had the same experience and if so how did you resolve it?
