Restoring WD my cloud hd from img file

Hi
I am wondering it it possible to put an disk image on a wd my-cloud disk
By taking out the disk attaching to laptop with appropriate program
And just put the image to the disk
For example file 2teradisk.img To restore a faulty my cloud disk
Whith out all the hassle going through linux line commands
