I have a MyBook Premium Edition 500 GB external hard drive. I use WD backup version 1.0.2.25 to do my backups. I do them incrementally, but when I restore a folder it seem to only restore specific backup dates, not all the incremental backups for that folder. It seems like it should restore all the incremental backups from the oldest to the most recent. Is there a setting I am missing?

I got this email from you Clifford:
“When you request WD Backup to restore files you can select all the backups or just certain ones from the list on the right side.as shown below.

You can select Help on the first Restore screen for full instructions.”
But could not see the image so could not figure out what you are referring to. In response to your comment here, I don’t see any question from you. What information do you need so I can accomplish this type of restore? I have Version 1.0.2.25 of WD Backup and Restore, by the way.
