Restore windows from the password protected drive

I m using WD Passport Ultra 2TB. I made four partitions on it. I gave it locking password. I made a windows image on it.
Now I 've a problem. How can I restore with this image. Windows is not recognizing it.

You’ll need to use another PC with the WD Security software on it to disable security temporarily.

When you’re done with the restore, you can re-enable security on the drive.
