I’m trying to restore from a backup that was done last month on an external MyPassport drive. I can see the files I need using Windows Explorer on the MyPassport drive, but the WDbackup software does not see folder they are in. The list of backups to restore from doesn’t include the date that the backup was completed. Is there another way to get to these files?
