Restore from USB to EX2 failed, destination full

So, I’m restoring a backup from USB. I just clicked on the “Recover” button on the Job Detail. Simple enough.

The restore stops just over half way through with a message saying that the destination is full. The problem is the destination is most definitely NOT full.

Source: The USB external drive contains about 472GB of content to restore.
Destination: The EX2 has 4TB total with about 3.41TB free.

Has anyone experienced this? What is the solution?
