Restart issue WD TV live (WDBGXT0000NBK-02)

Hi guys,

my device won’t play a whole movie. My device starts up properly, drive(s) are recognized (even 4TB ones), but when I start to play a MKV-file, the player randomly reboots. This is sometimes after 15 min or 1/2 hour or even just after 5 minutes.
I already tried several firmware’s, used different drives (4/2/1 TB) but the issue keeps repeating.
Even tried to disable wifi and lan, but no use.
Any idea’s before it hits the bin?
