Reset PC, no longer can access MyCloud Home

I have been using my MyCloud Home since June without any problem.

Last night I reset my computer to deal with another issue I was having, and now I can’t seem to login to MyCloud Home. Whenever I sign into WD Discovery or MyCloud.com and try to connect to my MyCloud Home, I get the “This device has already been setup” error.

I have tried to do the 30-50 second pin reset to allow it to be re-setup, but this produces no results.
