I’ve tried several times without success to reset the username, password, and network settings on my MyWolrldBook II (2TB). I’ve followed the instructions carefully - even allowing more than the required time with the reset button continually pressed - but the system does not recognize the default ‘admin’ username and password. There must be something I’m missing … you’re suggestions will be appreciated!
If it won’t reset then either the reset button is not working or you’re missing something dude…
Yes, reset button may be done for, as is my patience. The device is about as useful as a doorstop at this point, so I will disassemble it and see if I can reformat the two drives for use elsewhere. Thanks.
