Reset after every reboot


I’ve got a PR2100 running the latest firmware 5.24.108. When I reboot from within the control panel it seems to do a reset every time. When I try and login again it presents me with “Welcome to
My Cloud™ OS 5” and I have to go through the whole setup process.

I also get a “RAID roaming” message pop up saying:

“This volume is roaming from another WD My Cloud PR2100 (not created on this system). Click OK to integrate it into your current WD My Cloud PR2100. If you do not integrate it, you risk losing data if your volume becomes degraded. Click Cancel to continue without integrating it.”

Anyone got any idea what is going on here?

there is nothing wrong with the RAID volume - it still shows as healthy. I have opened Incident: 221117-006638 but I am not getting any response…
