I’m not sure what you are asking for, but this is the WD Community, not customer service.  If you’re referring to an RMA, then you will need to contact Customer Support.  You can do so either by phone or email.  Also, we do have a turnaround time for our RMAs.  I’m not sure what it is for your region, so you will need to check with Support for when it should be getting back to you.
