Replacement wireless hard drive?

My Passport wireless hard drive quit working. I contacted WD about a replacement under warranty , that was on Sept 27 2016 . Now it is Oct 21 and I am still waiting for my replacement hard drive. every time I call I am told that they have the issue resolved and I will soon have a tracking number . With one phone call we corrected my email address , another phone call we corrected my mailing address. With every phone call I am told we have fixed you problems all is good . This is not rocket science , this should be a simple operation. Why can’t WD get it right , why can’t someone contact me explain exactly what the problem is !! Does WD not care about customer service ??? One unhappy customer
