Replacement shell for hardrive

Hi,
I have an external HD for PC (Model # WD5000H1u00 2508A)
Serial #: [Deleted]
I believe the power is gone on the shell and I’d like to take the HD out and give it a new shell.
How can I take the HD our of the shell.

This is not supported. There are some user’s that have tried this before. Lets see if they can comment on this thread.
