Given the horror stories of WD terrible backup software and the poor display I’ve seen so far I’m not even risking going along with any WD software setup with my 6TB My Cloud Mirror.
So… what are the best options for other backup software. What i want is to setup a regular backup of certain folders on my laptop but ones which effectively copies/duplicates the folders across and keeps them updated. Just dowloaded the free Crashplan but it appears that it creates backup files which aren’t accessible themselves and that you can only do a restore from (so Ive worked out so far…!) Same as Time Machine which Im already doing - correct me if Im wrong!
