Hi! Every morning when I switch my PC on, my NAS drive claims to be downloading the same firmware every time - 2.30.193.0502.2018
Amybody with any ideas?
Did you check, the firmware completely installed or not?
Mostly when the firmware not installed completely, it repeats the process of update again in order to complete that installation.
I would suggest to check the status of firmware from the dashboard of your NAs drive and if not installed completely then manually update the firmware.
I’m very grateful for your help; I downloaded version 2.30.193 (even though the NAS drive said it was installed). I manually installed it & it looks like I’m sorted! Thanks again
