No. That would be pretty freakin’ hard to implement, because the decoders aren’t designed for that.
At the beginning of a stream, it has to buffer some content before it starts playback. Buffering the BEGINNING of a stream while it’s still playing the END would require an awful lot of code that’s useless to most people…
