Hi, I have 3 mycloud nasdrives, as you can see by the windows open in this screenshot, I have a 2tb, 3tb and a 4tb . If I attempt to rename the highlighted icon below the 3 twonky windows, from wdmycloud 3t to wdmycloud 2tb to correspond to the 2tb one, them it simply renames both the 3tb ones to 2tb together. Why? How do I get around this. Can anyone help please?
If you want to change the name of the My Cloud device, one can do so in the My Cloud Dashboard > Settings section.
