Removal of greyed-out disk presence

Slim Cleaner tells me I have something called MS/PRO/DUO using drive letter “K”, which I need to designate my external WD drive (My Book Essential - 1T) for Win10 backup purposes. It doesn’t show up under disk management, so how can I delete it to free up the letter “K” for reassignment to my WD drive? “K” is currently missing from the dropdown list of available letters under “Change Letter”.

Is this the only USB drive you have connected to the computer or do you have a card reader on your computer?

The WD My Book Essential is the only external drive connected to a USB port. I do not have a card reader attached anywhere.
