My WD Live isn’t even a year old yet and the remote suddenly stopped working. I have changed the batteries on it, did a hard reset on the unit and still nothing. Anyone have any ideas besides buying a new remote?

The infrared is gone on the box. Not even a year old. I was talking to a friend of mine who has the same unit and that is exactly what happened to his. Have to buy a new one…this time not a WD. Thanks for the help.
