Remote upload from work fauilure

I have My cloud 2TB. When I want to upload files 700 Mb and bigger from my work to my home(destination folder is open in explorer window thru wd2go.com), uploading starts normally with byte rates more than 14 Mbit/s (both fiber optics connection). When notification bar mark 100 % of upload, upload continuing, continuing and after some time appear massage :windows writing failure. windows cannot write data on my cloud…… Data was lost.

What is problem? Is there some solution?

Does resetting the drive fix the issue?

Are you able to copy files with less capacity?
