Can anyone out there tell me if they have had a probelm with there remote as i thought it was the batteries but change 3 sets and still not working. Has anyone had this happen and what can i try.
Try pointing the remote at any cell-phone or digital camera and see if you see flickering lights on the camera’s display when you push the buttons on the remote.

Provably you need to replace it, try to contact tech support for that.
