I have family connected to MyCloud how lives miles away from me. They have a smart TV and i was wondering if they can access my media via media stream like how i can do it while its in my local network?

This is not possible from a smart TV, but if you use a computer, in theory, you should be able to try to stream a movie remotely but this will be over the Internet and will depend on you upload speed.
