Remote is every sensitive

Both of my remotes ( WD remote and MX-850) are every sensitive it like it is sending and repeats the commands. This all  started a couple of days ago.

I changes the batteries in both remotes, but no cigar

Had this happen to anybody else, if so   help.

If 2 completely different remotes are having the same problem, then I’d say it’s time to check the media player itself…
