I have been told by family that remote access is extremely slow when I share photos with them.

When I access the files by phone or iPad it is very fast.

I am trying to access the same photos from my work and it is crawling…

Anybody have any clues for me?

Please bear in mind that security protocols used for the mobile app are the same as the web version, which is much more strict by design, and can affect overall performance as data is sent from your Personal Cloud to our servers, encrypted, and sent to the destination.
