Remote Access

My drive will not allow remote access and I keep getting the following “Cannot establish remote access connection. Make sure you are connected to the Internet. (Error 31520)” I’ve tried unplugging it and restating, I’ve tried logging in online and disabling and re-enabling remote access, but still get the error message. Can anyone provide a solution please? Thank you in advance.

I have the same problem…I bought a NAS and unfortunately my cloud off the LAN never worked…it’s very sad…I have all correct NATs done and working…

How can you not solve this situation?
I activate the users, I get email and then I can’t even activate…

How is it possible that a company like this can’t solve this situation?
