I’m getting warnings from my xFi router about attempts to access my EX2100 from known malicious IPs. What can I do to disable access? I turned off remote access so I don’t understand why its still happening. I don’t need and certainly don’t want to allow for access to my data remotely so I want to prevent this. What can I do?
I blocked access to the NAS from the router.
I figured that was a good second step.
Third step: put the NAS on a router that doesn’t have a WAN (internet) connection.
A bit painful, since for ME to access the unit, I have to switch from internet-router to non-internet router.
