I have found various posts about remote access but not for a specific use of mycloudEX4. Some are close but I’ve seen various methods but not specifically for this. Also some posts are old and I wanted the latest information (I have the latest firmware)
I want my father to be able to access my EX4 nas at my house to backup his computer at his house. I found information on how to use mycloud to access media files remotely but not general read write access remotely.Ideally I would like an automated way to map a drive from remote computer. Possible?

I have set up a share for my father and enabled cloud access. I’m kinda lost from there. I’m simi network knowledgeable, not an expert by any means. Sorry for the wonky post
