Hi. Have recently noticed that MyCloud accessibility from Internet has stopped and I am only able to access it from the home network. I thought this was to happen from 15 April. Is anyone facing the same issue?

Have you looked at the Dashboard to see what it shows? Have you rebooted your device to see what happens?
Ok so rebooting did work. Thanks for this… should have realised that 9 out of 10 issues are resolved by reboot…
First thing to check when remote access fails is to check the connection status in the My Cloud Dashboard > Settings > General > Cloud Access section. If it indicates not connected; turning off the Remote Access option, waiting a few minutes, then turning it back on and waiting to see if the connection status indicates a connection.
Thanks. That was connected. But somehow it wasn’t giving me remote access. Rebooting did help though…
