I cannot set up the remote access for MBL 1TB. I get Conncectivity Status “Failed” every time I try to set it up.

The MBL software couldn’t discover the dive either so I just had to map the drive in Windows. So I can use MBL from my laptop but I cannot set up the remote access.

How can I fix it?

Hi, try pressing the reset button on the back for 4 seconds, if that doesn’t work you can do a factory restore from the dashboard.
