Hi,

Mybook Live network drive is showing up

‘Could not establish remote access connection. Please make sure you are connected to the Internet.’

The device is connected to my broadband router directly via a cat6e cable.

I havent changed any settings, but it has stopped working.

Any ideas??

Update your My Book Live to the latest firmware, this should solve the problem.

For me updating the firmware is what caused the problem. I cant remove or add mobile devices since the firmware upgrade. I get a 31661 error when trying to remove devices.
