Reliabilty sometimes kills me slowly

Went to access my MC today and I can’t. Cannot access via my phone or my windows desktop.

I can access other devices on my home network without issues, but not the MC.

Currently no one is home either to “reboot” the MC so that it finds itself again.

The MC was working properly this morning from within my home network. Why do I seem to have this issue a few  times a month?

Again, it’s not my network because I can access other network devices without issues. Just the one that goes through a 3rd party server to handle authentication etc… ei the WD2GO servers. *le sigh*

Have you been able to regain remote access by means of the the desktop app or mobile devices since then? What was the issue affecting your WD My Cloud?
