Reinstallazione My cloud ex2 ultra

Buongiorno a tutti, non riesco a far funzione il NAS.
Il problema è : ho installato il NAS di cui sopra e non riesco a fare le seguenti funzionalità:

  • Mappatura in rete del NAS: ho provato tante volte ad entrare sulla rete e ogni volta mi dice impossibile accedere a \MYCLOUDEX2ULTRA esegue la diagnostica e mi da errore.
    Ho pensato di reinstallare il NAS ma non riesco a trovare il programma.
    Ringrazio per anticipatamente per chi mi può dare una mano grazia

Ciao Alessio, il problema l’ho risolto in questo modo:
sono andato sull’utente ho flegatto l’interruttore su on del cestino e poi ho visto che si è creata una cartelle recycling e tutti i file che cancello con il collegamento diretto ala NAS li ritrovo nel cestino quelli cancellato da remoto no.
