I have two disks from my computer that are synchronized with My Cloud for 3Tera. I reinstalled Windows 10 and WD software. The problem is that the link between the drives and My Cloud does not seem to work. Is it possible to reactivate the sync with existing backups or you have to start all over again and delete My Cloud.

I believe that you will need to create a new sync since you have a new installation of Windows.
