Reinstall Plex

I am having nothing but trouble with getting Plex to work on my 4 TB Wireless Pro. I had already purchased the 2TB one, and got it up and running, no problem, but after trying to set up this one for the past 8 hours, I’m about ready to throw both of them in the garbage.

All I want to do is uninstall and reinstall Plex and start over. Why is this such a difficult thing to do?

You should be able to just go into the http://mypassport/UI/ and select “System and Disk” from the Restore Factory Settings. Once it factory resets you are back at the beginning again.
