Reinstall My Passport

My computer is not showing any of my files and did not put an icon on my task bar. I think I need to uninstall and reinstall? How do I do this? Thanks

Is the drive is showing up in the Disk management.

Yes it is but I have no files. I think I missed steps during installation. So can I just uninstall & then reinstall? I want to use this as a flash drive - not backup. Thanks so much for responding!!

Yes, if you don’t have the data on the drive then you should try to format the drive.
