Hi WD,

I’ve recently reconnected my My Book Live after a few years. I noticed that it was telling me to register the device when I logged into it and when I tried, it told me it was already registered and to log in at register.wdc.com. I tried all known email addresses with the forgot password option, but I got nothing.

Is there any way to find out what account my device is registered to?
