Register fail

When I buy a new My Cloud,I want to register it on mycloud.com/setup.I have received a email from "Western Digital"notification@wdc.com says congratulations.But I can’t input my user name and password.What can I do?

are you trying to log into the website to access the drive remotely or are you trying to access the dashboard locally?

When I cut down the power and restart it,I can create a new user and the problem solved,thank you for answering me.
