Refreshing Network Share Content

I have a “to be watched” folder on my PC.  My WDTV can see the folder…but when I change the files in it, I keep seeing the old stuff, not the new content.  How do I “refresh” my network share so my WDTV sees what is actually in the folder

When selecting the folder, go to OPTIONS and select RESCAN.
