I’m having issues to refresh data from NAS outside my office network using file explorer in my desktop. When in the office, files can be refreshed in seconds as it’s in LAN network with NAS. Is there anyway to use build in tools/services in windows than using Data Management Gateway and other sync software to refresh my files outside network? surendran_manokaran@outlook.com

When you refer to “refreshing” files, do mean real-time file update?
Hi Trancer, yes in real time at anywhere outside the lan network.
The device does not feature off-site synchronization at this time. Your post sounds more like a good Feature Request; the best place for this, is in the Ideas Exchange section. This way someone from WD will be sure to see it and will allow more users to support your idea.
However, I would first search and make sure that there are no other active Feature Requests suggesting the same or similar improvements. If there is, then you could add your post and vote on it.
